Download & Install

Download TimeOut from the App Store and open the app on your iOS device.

Troubleshooting

App Not Blocking Properly

If apps aren't being blocked:

  • • Check Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings
  • • Restart the TimeOut app
  • • Ensure your focus session is active
  • • Try recreating the focus session
Permission Issues

If you're having permission problems:

  • • Go to Settings > Screen Time
  • • Enable Screen Time if disabled
  • • Allow TimeOut access to Screen Time data
  • • Restart your device if needed
Widget Not Updating

If your widget isn't working:

  • • Remove and re-add the widget
  • • Check widget permissions in Settings
