By downloading, installing, or using TimeOut ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

TimeOut is a free iOS application that helps users manage their screen time and app usage through focus sessions and app blocking features. The App integrates with iOS Screen Time functionality to provide these services.

TimeOut is provided completely free of charge. We do not charge subscription fees, one-time payments, or in-app purchases. The App is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of managing screen time
• Not attempt to circumvent or disable the App's functionality
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App in any way that could harm or interfere with the service

TimeOut requires access to iOS Screen Time functionality to provide app blocking features. You must grant the necessary permissions for the App to function properly. The App respects all iOS Screen Time settings and parental controls.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free operation. We do not control the content of these advertisements. Ad content is subject to Google's advertising policies.

TimeOut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TimeOut, including but not limited to loss of data, productivity, or other intangible losses.

You may stop using TimeOut at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time, though we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of TimeOut after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where the App developer is located.
